APRIONEX VISITOR processes: (a) company and user account data, and (b) visitor data entered by companies using the service.

Visitor data (name, contact details, visit purpose, host, timestamps, and optionally a photo) is stored to produce a visitor pass, to enable check-in / check-out, and to maintain a security record. QR passes contain only an opaque random token - never personal data.

Data is retained until the operating company's configured retention period elapses, after which visitor records are anonymised. Audit records are retained for security and are not deleted.
